Photo from the Heineken Cup match between Munster and Leicester. This was the last game at the old Thomond Park. Munster lost 6-13 and in doing so lost their undefeated European home record.

This was produced from photos taken at the Six Nations match between Ireland and France. This was the first rugby game played in Croke Park. Ireland lost 17-20. Canon Photostitch software was used to produce the shot.

The Irish invade Rome

Selling all tickets on the internet meant that the Irish fans snaffled more than half the tickets for the Ireland Vs Italy rugby match in Rome. It was a good bet that it might have been a grand slam winning performance. As it was we almost won the championship. In any event 8 trys made it an occasion to remember. Alas, it was teh only match that I didn't get to this year.
